As a holding entity overseeing several innovation-driven initiatives, AHOY needed more than a visual update, it needed alignment. There was no unified narrative connecting its subsidiaries. The distinction between the holding and its ventures lacked clarity. Messaging around governance, leadership and growth was inconsistent. The challenge was not awareness. It was authority. AHOY Holding needed to communicate structure, strategic oversight and long-term commitment at a board and investor level; while still representing innovation.
We approached the project with architectural discipline. First, we clarified the corporate narrative; defining the role of the holding company and its relationship to each venture within the ecosystem. Then we built a scalable brand architecture that creates clear distinction between the holding and its subsidiaries, while maintaining cohesion across the group. The visual identity was designed with structured hierarchy, restrained typography and controlled color application to reinforce credibility and governance. Messaging was refined to project confidence, transparency and long-term strategic vision. The result is a system that balances innovation with accountability - modern, yet institutional.

AHOY Holding now presents itself as a unified strategic institution rather than a collection of independent ventures. The new identity strengthens investor confidence, clarifies leadership positioning and establishes a scalable framework that supports future growth across markets. For us, this project was about translating ambition into authority - building a corporate foundation designed to evolve alongside AHOY’s expanding ecosystem.
